Our guests are free to receive visitors in our B&B. However, we do need to be informed of this and it is not entirely without obligation.
To cover the cost of tea and coffee, we charge a fee of ā¬10 per visiting person from a visit of 2 hours and over.
Under no circumstances can visitors stay overnight without prior approval from us (the owners).
Sometimes our guests wish to sleep in a single bed. This is no problem. We are happy to convert our double beds into single beds. Because of the work involved, we charge a small fee.
Monday till Sonday: 3 p.m. - 10 p.m.
Our guests can check in from 3 p.m. We will then receive them personally and go over the stay in our B&B with them.
If guests arrive after 10pm, the room key will be placed in the key safe next to the main entrance. The key safe can be opened with the code that we provide to the respective guest by SMS or e-mail.
Also, if we are unable to receive our guests in person, the room key will be placed in the key safe.
We aim to discuss the stay with guests over the phone. Should this not be possible, guests will receive the most important information via text / whatsapp or email.
Monday to Saturday: 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Sunday: 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
When guests leave, the room key should be left inside on the room door.
Of course, our guests may have other wishes regarding check-in and check-out. That is no problem. Much is possible in good understanding. We do charge a fee for guests who check in or out much earlier or later for the use of our coffee and tea facilities.
The BBQ fans among our guests could already use our Arteflame grill/BBQ. Now it is also possible to order a complete BBQ package from us. A Vleesch BBQ package that is, consisting of 50% beef from our own Black Angus cattle (Vleesch van de weij). From 2 persons upwards, we offer a complete BBQ deal with baguettes, salads and various sauces.

The centrepiece on our terrace is our Arteflame BBQ grill. This wood-fired barbecue offers a unique grilling experience. Searing the meat is done on the round baking tray, grilling in the middle on the grid.

The Fatboy beanbags are there for our guests, of course. The bags are stored in their own cushion boxes. The cushion boxes are closed using a locking pin with a spring ring. Flip the ring all the way open to unlock the lid.
We ask our guests to put the cushions back in their boxes after use and close the lid again using the locking pin.
The parking lot for cars is located right opposite the B&B entrance and has 5 spaces. The parking is situated so that the cars parked there do not hinder the daily running of the farm.
If a vehicle cannot or hardly fit in the car park, a suitable spot will be found in consultation with Cees and Lies.
Bicycles are preferably placed to the right of the B&B's front door (seen from outside). There are also a number of power points for charging e-bikes. In the evening and at night, bicycles can be stored in our bicycle storage (click here for more info).
We have bicycle storage for guests who come by bike or bring bicycles. There is a power connection for charging e-bikes.
The bicycle storage is located in our former cowshed and is locked by us at night.

In de badkamers ligt voor onze gasten een set handdoeken klaar. Voor hen die langer blijven worden de handdoeken in principe iedere 3 dagen vervangen. Als gasten dit op prijs stellen is het geen problee om de handdoeken eerder te vervangen, of later. Bespreek het met Cees of Lies.
Indien gewenst zijn er voor onze gasten washandjes beschikbaar.
